Return and Exchange Policy

We are proud of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return or exchange. For health reasons, your return or exchange request must be made within 2 days of the item delivery (as indicated on the shipment tracking). Item must be shipped back to us within 2 days of you receiving your item (as indicated on the shipment tracking).

Please contact us and have the following information available:

  • Original Sales Order Number or Invoice Number 
  • Item(s) to be exchanged or returned
  • Item(s) you select in exchange, if any
  • Contact information (name, address, email address, and telephone number)

No return or exchange will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Products must be returned in original condition.

Note: We do not pay incoming shipping cost or refund original shipping cost. Refunds will not be provided while the item is in transit. You may wait until your item arrives and ship it back to us for a refund. Terms and conditions apply.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES REQUIREMENTS

Products sent for returns or exchanges are subject to quality control inspection. Products return other than their original condition will be returned. Please ensure products meet qualifications below prior to returning or requesting an exchange:

  • No visible stains
  • Unworn
  • Not washed
  • Tags are in tact
  • Returned in original package
  • Oder free
  • No smells other than natural product orders
  • No wrinkles
  • Unstretched

We will notify you via email when your return/exchange has been processed and approved.
