1. Where do you ship products from?
We ship our products mainly from California and Florida for US orders. We also have partners overseas in various countries. The shipping origin will be based on the proximity of the destination to the warehouse.

Shipping varies based on destination, seasonality and availability. Generally, you can expect to receive your product within 5-7 business days in the United states and 14-24 days for international orders.
Processing usually takes 1-2 business days after payment has cleared.
